ArmInfo. We all are shocked by the helicopter crash carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi.  Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergei Kopyrkin stated  on May 20 in a conversation with journalists at an event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the  gyumru border detachment.

ArmInfo.Cadastral certificates for real estate to residents of the Tavush village of Kirants on the  border with Azerbaijan were previously issued by mistake, and therefore cannot serve as a legal basis for the claim that these territories are considered part of the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia. The Ministry of Justice of Armenia made a similar denial statement.

ArmInfo.Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, sent a message of condolence  to the Minister of Defence and Armed Forces Logistics of Iran, Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Ashtiani, in connection with the death of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, and his accompanying staff as a result of the helicopter crash.

ArmInfo.President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent their condolences to the leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran in connection with the death of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi as a result of a helicopter accident that occurred on May 19 of this year in the East Azerbaijan province of Iran.

ArmInfo.Armenia's National Security Service (NSS) reported that the access to the Kirants village has been "temporarily restricted" out of "security and operational necessity." It said Armenian border guards subordinate to  the NSS are starting their deployment in and around Kirants.

ArmInfo. Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, a hardliner long seen as a potential successor to  Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was killed in a helicopter crash in mountainous terrain near the Azerbaijan border, officials and state media said on Monday, world mass media report. 

ArmInfo.By building a road in Kirants, the safety of the village residents will be ensured.  Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia Gnel Sanosyan told media representatives during a trip to the village.

ArmInfo. The upcoming transfer of the territories of the Tavush and Ararat regions will mean that  Azerbaijan will be able to encircle the north and south of Armenia at any time. Turkologist Varuzhan Geghamyan wrote in his Telegram channel.

The Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies unanimously adopted a resolution to support Armenia and  establish peace and stability in the region, which condemns the forced migration of more than 100 thousand Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh as a result of the unjustified military operation of Azerbaijan.
